Engineering/Monitoring

These include the use of laser scanning and precise total station measurements to capture complex engineering structures in 3D, providing comprehensive dimensional information and geometry which can be delivered in 2D or 3D CAD format and used for clash detection, deformation analysis, generating setting out information. Work can be not only on existing structures but during the build process to provide accurate information as work progresses for the next phase.

This is the surveying of man-made and natural structures and elements within those structures to determine the presence of movement and provide data to quantify and analyse that movement.
